A message dated June 15, 2004, was received June 18 stating the                                     
Governor has signed the following bill and is transmitting the                                      
engrossed and enrolled copies to the Lieutenant Governor's office for                               
permanent filing:                                                                                   
                                                                                                    
    CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 351(JUD)                                                                  
    "An Act relating to the devices, including carbon monoxide                                      
    detection devices, required in dwellings; and providing for an
